Hypno-Analytical Therapy £60.00 (per session)

There is no reason at all why anyone should have to put up with something that is inside of themselves but outside their control. This type of therapy uses hypnosis to aid the process of random recall of past events in the subjects life, which is known as free association. An emotionally important event from the past may be hidden or regressed from the conscious mind, but linked with a behaviour such as a phobia, anxiety, depression, or a physical symptom such as a stutter, or stammer. By examining past events and allowing the associated emotion to be released, those patterns of behaviour, the symptoms, become unnecessary and therefore cease.

Smoking cessation course £160.00 (1 session)

Stop Smoking in one session using hypnotherapy and positive suggestion. We will be able to help you to stop smoking once and for all in one session. Seem impossible? Not at all - We have a 95% success rate.  The session comprises of two parts, the first being, for you to ask any questions and for me to assess your suitability for the therapy. We also explain the psychology of smoking. This then follows onto the second part of the therapy, which being hypnosis, a relaxed state of mind and body with heightened awareness, with use of positive suggestions.

You will receive 4 treatments of hypnotherapy using positive suggestions for everyday living. This can be directed at any environment that you wish.
