Losing weight is psychological. Dieter’s with this mind-frame often believe they will never be able to reach their target weight so begin to occupy themselves in even more self-destructive behaviour. They simply give up trying.
It’s often too common with this kind of reasoning, whether it involves weight loss or in fact any life choice. This is a cycle of harmful thinking that evolves and ultimately never ceases; what’s most important is to have realisation of this and them the understanding of how to end this cycle of negative thinking.
